A&R This: Should Killumantii Drop "WTF"

One of my fave young female rappers is Killumantii. She posted a teaser from a new song she is featured on called "WTF." She wants to know should they drop it? Take into account it's probably not the total finished sound of the song. I want you to let me know should she drop it and what changes you would make (i.e. additions or subtractions).
I want y'all to give a critique, not that Joe Budden "it's trash" or "it's mid" shit. You never know if rappers are lurking and may take your advice.
