I keep getting asked or told that Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty are not really married because people cannot find their marriage license. I have nothing to contradict that they are married.
However, to all you marriage license investigators, in California we have PUBLIC AND CONFIDENTIAL marriage licenses. The public CANNOT search confidential marriage licenses. So, this may be why your search is coming up empty.
Now, Nicki and Kenny could have pulled a fast one and got married outside of California, but this is assuming she was married in Cali. I hope this helps anyone who is curious about this matter.

When TMZ reported them going into the courthouse with pictures, do you think it was just to get their license? She said she let the license expire then had to reapply. Im not sure how long the license last before you have to get the certificate.
