I was alerted to I.E. Network's host, Heaven Hollywood, claiming that Cardi B's upcoming album will be her last. Her plan is to get up to 8 number one songs and then exit scene left to do movies full time. Y'all saw how she ranted her way to the top with "UP" for that one week at #1.
He also says that Atlantic is basically giving her that Drake unlimited budget for this upcoming album that will be out this summer.
If what he claims is true, do y'all think people will be more honest about Cardi B's rise in female rap after she leaves? How would you view Cardi B if she left after two albums?

idk what records she broke, how many number 1's she got. if she's to convince people she actually made an impact in female rap, her last album needs to be self-written, deep, fun, relatable, a bop, everything. so, she better had been practicing her penmanship while she was on her hiatus (judging by big paper...)😩. if she had done that from the start, she would be so much better at it by now (just how dreamdoll is) if not, if it's just a bunch of samples, and ghost writers, then maybe it's for the best that she leaves to make room for another female rapper who deserves her spot more. like, dang! i don't like her, but you already got…

I think Cardi's talent is in movies and television. Maybe comedy because the girl is funny outside of rapping. If this is her last, Great but I don't know how her fans will feel about it 😂 IMO rapping was a lick for her. Its not IN her so leaving doesn't mean too much.
