Well, well, well...it is being reported that DaBaby has finally decided to stop acting like a baby and met with 9 U.S. HIV organizations last week during a virtual, private meeting to discuss HIV education.
On Aug. 4th, initially, HIV organizations had publicly reached out to DaBaby. But, unfortunately, his response was to delete his PR apology, where he, ironically, lectured people on reaching out to educate him instead of canceling him.
Now on the last day of the month, I guess he decided he didn't want to be stuck on the chitlin circuit of performing at "Boosie Bash" and Hot 97's Summer Jam" for the rest of his career, so he finally took his "Cry Baby" ass to a meeting.
An excerpt from the press release:
"During our meeting, DaBaby was genuinely engaged, apologized for the inaccurate and hurtful comments he made about people living with HIV, and received our personal stories and the truth about HIV and its impact on Black and LGBTQ communities with deep respect. We appreciate that he openly and eagerly participated in this forum of Black people living with HIV, which provided him an opportunity to learn and to receive accurate information."
I don't understand why this was so hard to do?
The lesson learned is that how you treat Black women is not allowed towards all other communities. Cancel culture does exist.

Lol he meant what he said. Being educated about HIV won’t make him change his views.
I think people mistaken accountability for cancel culture. These are over grown ass men disrespecting women and people who choose to live they life the way they want to. When they start to receive backlash or no one wants to work with them. It’s I’m ignorant or everybody else fought. Shout out to the LGBT for applying that pressure to his ass👏👏
