TMuthafcknZ reports that Lil Uzi Vert jumped out of his Cadillac Escalade at the Dialogue Cafe in West Hollywood and got into a physical altercation with singer Saint JHN. Bystanders even claim that Lil Uzi flashed a handle of a gun.
