DOJA CAT "I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY RACIST CONVERSATIONS"

Doja Cat claims she is not racist after backlash.

Doja Cat posted a response to all the drama on her Instagram. In her post she:

  • Denies being personally involved in any racist conversations

  • Acknowledges she is Black and claims to be proud of where she is from

  • Says "Dindu Nuffin" was about a personal experience. She claims it was a response to those who tried hurting her

  • Apologized

Doja Cat claims she is not a racist.

I personally don't care if she is cancelled or not cancelled. I think "cancel culture" is incompetent at best. I'm interested in how well or bad celebrities handle a public crisis. Do they use 48 Laws of Power or do they just throw darts at a wall and hope for the best?

I did not expect Doja Cat to be this non-confrontational. I'm in shock. That is all I got right now.

I hope she doesn’t address it anymore. Release her music and be done.

She acknowledged her behavior, so at this point people just have to decide for themselves if they believe her or not.

I'm still gomna support her regardless she made a bad decision in her life who hasn't at lease she owned up to it and acknowledge what she did was wrong and is making an effort to be a better person unlike cardi dumb ass and I'm glad she wrote from the heart and didn't do what drake did have a publicist write a generic statement it showed people that drake didn't care or a knowledge doing blackface was wrong

I don’t understand why dj women bully akademiks is going so hard on her trying to bring her down ruin her career but then I remember the way he is so disrespectful to Nicki and I also remember the only female rapper he praises on his page and shows love to is Cardi. Hmmm

@Latanya, As I said on Twitter "cancel culture" doesn't work because problematic people are leading the charge. Akademiks has some nerve trying to fuel the flames. There are so many "problematic" artists or artists labeled as "problematic" for fun that I am so desensitized by these sh*t. Also, I do feel people going hard on her because she is a woman. Cancel these male artists.
