Fivio Foreign tweets a message to his fans. He claims, "I wud neva hurt or harm any pregnant woman especially not by GF." He is co-signing his girlfriend, Jasmine, story about the cops being called due to a nosy neighbor.
#ProtectBlackWomen does not mean to take away a Black woman's right to decide how they want to deal with personal matters. She claims a "situation" happened but did not say what that was. It's not our place to label either one and make them wear jackets without further evidence. I pray for both.
On Saturday, Fivio Foreign, whose real name is Maxie Lee Ryles, was arrested at his luxury high-rise condo
in Edgewater for allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend, Jasmine. According to news reports, the judge denied him bail and ordered him to remain in lockup until a later court date.
Fivio's girlfriend, Jasmine, posted on her Instagram page denying she called the police on Fivio. She said, "I did not call the police on Fivio, I did not press charges, and I do not want the father of my children in jail. A situation happened in our home, and a nosy neighbor called the police."
She is doing what so many Black women do...let's hope she does not come to regret her choice.
