On Friday, Lil Wayne's Young Money announced they appointed Karen Civil as the general manager and executive vice president of the label. In this new position, Civil will oversee day-to-day operations of the label and report directly to label president and CEO Mack Maine.
It will be interesting to see where she can take Young Money.
