Kodak Black decided it would be a good idea to go on social media and do a reversal of his guilty plea in court earlier. He just wanted to get it over with and is happy he does not have to register as a sex offender.
CELEBRITY JUSTICE
Kodak Black pleads guilty to first-degree assault and battery in connection to a 2016 sexual assault incident involving a teenage girl at a Florence Hotel. Kodak Black, real name Bill Kapri, was sentenced to only 18 months probation.
In 2016, Kodak was accused of forcing the girl onto a bed and later the floor as the victim repeatedly told him "no and to stop." He also allegedly bit her on the neck and breast.
Kodak had been banned from South Carolina and was only allowed to show up for court appearances.
Well, now he can go back to harassing women on social media.
