Podcaster Low Key revealed why some people, especially men, show disdain for Megan Thee Stallion on today's episode of Rap Life Review, and I heard no lies.

On Friday, Megan Thee Stallion dropped her mixtape, "Something For Hotties," which included freestyles and some unreleased tracks that no longer fit the direction of her upcoming sophomore album.

So, of course, the album was going to be a topic on the show. However, instead of being those men who pretend to listen to female rap just to complain about "pussy rap" or how she needs to be more like Rapsody, they spoke about Megan Thee Stallion, the rap artist. They said they are rooting for her and want to see her win, and then Low broke it down about the people, mainly the men, who spend too much energy hatin on Hot Girl Meg:

"You kinda know why people, specifically men, kinda have a disdain towards her, and it's pretty simple - it's confidence, and it's no bullshit that she takes from anybody. That's why; that's literally it. So they pick and nitpick at everything; oh, she only talks about sex. She always got her ass out. She always doing that, this and a third.

But like you just said, she just graduated, snatched up a bunch of Grammys, on every festival stage, has a beautiful flourishing relationship. Everything she is doing breeds confidence and cockiness, and I love to see it, and that is why people have a problem, especially coming from a Black woman in ameriKKKa. THEY DON'T WANNA SEE THAT, THEY DON'T WANNA HEAR IT; THEY DON'T WANT TO SMELL IT, THEY DON'T WANT TO WATCH IT!"
