Megan Thee Stallion Cancels Houston Show Out Of Respect For Astroworld Victims

Megan Thee Stallion has informed the Houston Chronicle that she is canceling her Dec. 3rd show at the Houston Music Hall "out of respect for the lives lost in Houston earlier this month." The show was to kick off her celebrating her upcoming graduation from TSU.

The Astroworld tragedy claimed 10 lives and left many traumatized on Nov. 5th. In light of everything that is still going on related to that day, Megan said, "Houston is still healing, and it's important that our community be given the appropriate time to grieve."

I think this was for the best.

Nobody should be looking at MTO. The most non-credible site ever. I stopped reading that article when they called the venue a stadium. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Smart move. Shoot the stage is still up around here. What a lot of people don’t know unless they live here is that some other music events were cancelled due to the AstroWorld event. It’s just the right thing to do right now.
