Nicki Minaj: Cooning, White House Lies, Twitter Jail, and More

Yesterday, Nicki Minaj convinced me of two things:

1- She needs an intervention

2- The blind item is probably true

Nicki wants to frame this hoopla surrounding her COVID-19 vaccine tweets as people, particularly Black people, attacking her for simply asking questions, when in reality, her repeating the story about her cousin's friend implied that the vaccine causes impotency. That is misinformation. Furthermore, she admitted she was told that story in confidence and was not supposed to share it, so she is also a blabbermouth.

People have a problem with the misinformation, not the questions.

TUCKER CARLSON BUT NOT JOY-ANN REID?

Nicki Minaj decided that highlighting that a known white nationalist, Tucker Carlson, had her back was somehow better than attempting to have an open dialogue with another Black woman like Joy-Ann Reid. In fact, she reached out to Pierce Morgan, another known racist, to debate on I.G. Live. So why wasn't that offer extended to Joy-Ann Reid??? Hmmm...are the rumors true that she does have internalized misogyny?

A discussion between Joy-Ann and Nicki would have not only been more fruitful but not have Nicki looking so desperate to be right that she is willing to align herself with a racist while yelling about being silenced as a Black woman.

WHO IS REALLY COONING?

One of Joy-Ann Reid's concerns was that Nicki Minaj was misinforming young Black fans. Well, I would guess that Nicki's STAN-base is probably over 50% non-Black.

So, what bothers me is that she is out here with primarily male and white/other fans calling a Black woman "Uncle Tomiana" and a "Coon." It's cringy. Those Nicki Minaj avatars are a bunch of boys cosplaying, and Nicki Minaj knows this. So, who is really "cooning?"

WHITE HOUSE LIES?

Nicki Minaj claimed she was invited to the W.H. and she would be dressed in all pink like Legally Blonde. She is going to ask questions on behalf of the people who have been made fun of for simply being human. Well, according to Don Lemon via CNN, Nicki was only offered a conversation with a doctor to clarify the efficacy and side effects of the vaccine.

TWITTER JAIL

Nicki Minaj posted she was in Twitter jail over her Covid vaccine W.H. questions. However, multiple news outlets reported that Twitter "Did not take any enforcement action on account referenced." Who do you believe?

Sidenote: Nicki talking about people bullying others for their opinion is ironic considering her STANs.
