During an interview with ET, Saweetie was asked how do women walk away from a relationship with their power. Saweetie said that with a relationship or friendship if it is not serving you anymore having a conversation and transparency is the key.

"When I first came out I really didn't have a lot of love and support. So, I'm just giving what I wish was given to me. I never want to carry the chip on my shoulder and project that."
I love Saweetie!!!! We are so used to seeing rappers with chips on their shoulder because of what someone did to them at the beginning of their careers, so they think it's OK to pass it on to others. I love that Saweetie is making sure other artists don't experience the hate she got.
