Does the judge have to haul Daystar Peterson back into court and have the many ways he is not allowed to harass or mention Megan explained to him?

Tory seems to believe that as long as he harasses Megan through his art, it's Ok. That as long as he keeps being defiant, he looks more innocent. No, he looks like Jussie Smollett. Tory looks like a guy who lacks self-control and can barely go 4 days without straddling the line of a third-court violation.
