A barb wrote that lol. I don’t think it has anything to do with a budget. Cardi can fund her own projects. She makes a mil a show?! she’s simply afraid of not topping/outselling her debut. And it doesn’t help that Nicki is still holding her own in female rap. If Nicki career permanently went under years ago, Cardi would’ve been dropped
