Karol G and Nicki Minaj's "'Tusa" Earns 2 Latin Grammy Award Nominations In The Biggest Categories

The Latin Recording Academy has announced the nominees for the 21st Annual Latin Grammy Awards, but we only care about one song here. Karol G and Nicki Minaj's "Tusa" got 2 nominations in the biggest categories. Tusa is nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Song. of the Year is a songwriters award.
Do y'all think they have a good chance of at least taking home one award?

I hope they get at least one, This song is huge, I hear it here on a regular in New York, especially when these Spanish folks play music in their cars. My only worries is that with Nicki being blackballed and an agenda would they reward them with anything.

I get why some of you are worried about Tusa being snubbed. I can't help but be concerned that with the Grammys having so many internal issues and claims of corruption, how cant that not be an issue for the Latin Grammys???

It’s not even about the charts but it’s legit being played all the time in Hispanic communities and restaurants here in NY. It’s really a big song so while they are nominated, I hope they don’t get snubbed and at least win one category.
It broke many many records and according to the barbs in the Latin culture, it’s been the biggest song this past year! Sounds like it should win and I would hope they don’t snub Karol but I see her in other songs so they could snub the song 🤷🏽♀️ I have no faith in award shows.
