Nicki Minaj's 'Big Foot' Freefalls: Megan Thee Stallion's 'HISS' Holds Strong in Top 20

Megan Thee Stallion's "HISS" stays on top of Billboard Hot 100 and Nicki Minaj's "Big Foot" Flops and Freefalls off the charts. Nicki Minaj is no longer the Queen of Rap because you don't run from a battle or deliver such a wack diss track. Let me say this: to all the "tweeters and deleters and all the non-believers"...in a sea of forgettable #1 songs, "HISS" is not one of them. People will remember the shock and awe moment when Megan Thee Stallion dropped "HISS" and the excitement of it going number one. In fact, all of Megan's number ones were top cultural/music moments - Savage Remix, WAP, and HISS. Nothing manufactured here, baby.

WHAAAAAA....PLUCK....BOINK...OUCH!

That's the unmistakable sound of Nicki Minaj, once again having a second-week plummet on the Billboard Hot 100 charts with her cringe-worthy diss track "Big Foot." This "response-to-Megan" managed to debut at #23 by being shamelessly dragged up the charts by Megan's coattails and the public's morbid curiosity for another Nicki Minaj meltdown. How nice of Megan to gift Nicki Minaj another Top 40 "hit." We know how much Nicki Minaj loves her stats...LOL.

By now, Nicki Minaj must be well-prepared with her parachute, as this 77-spot nosedive is nothing new for the "Big Foot" rapper. Remember her 2022 freefall of 33 spots with the 6ix9ine collab "TROLLZ"? Or her 2020 plummet of 88 spots with the A$AP Rocky collab "Move Ya Hips"? The only distinction this time around is that it's a solo trip.

Meanwhile, despite receiving less than 1,000 spins on Urban and Rhythmic radio, Megan Thee Stallion's "HISS" comfortably secured a spot within the Top 15, landing at #13, in her second week on Billboard's Hot 100. Also, "HISS" is still a top 10 trending music video on YouTube.
