Today, Tasha K hopped her ass on Youtube to give a confusing defense against allegations that Kenneth Petty and Nicki Minaj are trying to pressure his victim into recanting her story. Now, why would she feel the need to do that? Oh, because Hollywood UnCocked posting the video of the victim crying in her car begging to be left alone. This sparked a slew of other blogs/media outlets to feel comfortable reporting on the story. Do I need to run the list of outlets that posted it: Hot97, Madame Noire, Some Like It Haute_, iHeart.com, Hot New Hip Hop, The Blast, etc.
I feel like it was just yesterday I was being cursed out on my flop blog by a bunch of ostriches for saying
that Nicki Minaj needs to get ahead of this story. I was told this story is not going anywhere and that no big blogs will post it. I think y'all meant no blogs catering to Barbz will post it, and you were right. However, blogs with a big following will and have posted this story. It's hard to see the reality of things with your head in the sand.
I do not want to make this about me being right..again. But, I am sick of ostriches coming here, partially reading, refusing to comprehend, and then putting a cynical bias twist on my posts about Nicki Minaj. Only to end up LOUD & WRONG.
Now, back to Tasha K's ass. Tasha K SHOULD NOT be Nicki Minaj's social media spokesperson. She said that this victim grew up with Nicki and Kenny. Um...Nicki and Kenny did not even grow up with each other. Nicki said she has known Kenny since she was 16. Kenny is about 4. years older than her. Nicki has NEVER claimed to know the victim, let alone grown up with her. So, why the hell is Tasha K putting out information that makes it look like Nicki was old friends with this girl and that this is all about jealousy? The victim said she did not know Nicki Minaj, and NO ONE in the know has disputed that claim. By it being known that Tasha K allegedly speaks to Nicki, it's easy for people to believe that what Tasha K says is blessed by her.
Speaking of Tasha K. Yesterday, Cardi B sent in a USB to be added to the evidence she has against her in their defamation case. I wonder what is on this thing? In the movies, it's never good.
Y'all know I don't fck with Ole Girl like that. But, if she is to win this case, this will be a major victory for not only her but celebrities. This will probably open the door for more lawsuits against smaller blogs. Tasha K is a prominent blogger on Youtube, but she is small in the grand scheme of things. Most smaller bloggers feel that only TMZ can be sued.
Also, even though many don't like Tasha K, they do employ the same tactics she uses.
I was under the impression that Tasha K was going to win, but the more I read through the papers and see how aggressive Cardi is being...I don't know.
