While Tory Lanez's pre-trial hearing yesterday was pretty uneventful. The defense requested and was granted another postponement until April 5th. The reporting on the hearing was a complete shit show in the best possible way, thanks to DJ Akademiks.
THE 4TH HORSEMEN OF PROPAGANDA - DJ AKADEMIKS
Yesterday, DJ Akademiks got exposed as a member of Tory Lanez's propaganda posse, and what makes it sweeter is that it was all because of Megan Thee Stallion.
It all started when "Big AK" prematurely tweeted, "BREAKING: It was revealed in court few moments ago that Tory Lanez DNA WAS NOT found on the weapon in the Meg Thee Stallion case." Not only was Akademik's tweet misleading, but it was posted approx. 15 minutes BEFORE the hearing even started.
How, Sway?
Now, this potentially costly blunder may have gone unnoticed if not for Megan Thee Stallion. She posted on her IG Stories, "Court ain't even started, so why ya'll ready to start lying." In another post, she said, "Y'all got breaking news 15 minutes before court started, and nobody has even been called in yet???"
This was when things started to unravel for Tory and Akademiks as it became apparent that not only was a protective order being ignored but the information was being leaked to bloggers for the sole purpose of putting out misinformation about this case.
WORDS MATTER - TWEET & DELETE

The man who screams like a maniac, "I DO NOT LIE!"...LIED.
Something cannot be revealed in court when court has yet to start. If he had waited, there would have been no need for Megan to question the timing of AK's tweet.

DJ Akademiks tweeting "Tory Lanez DNA WAS NOT found on the weapon" is misleading because it does not tell the whole story, and that is why "Big AK" voluntarily deleted his tweet after Megan mentioned the word "lawsuit." Oh yeah, Megan went there.
*Notice how some say "the Megan Thee Stallion case." They do that to make it appear like she is being charged, she is under investigation, she is the one who must prove her case. It's the Tory case where he is accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
"VERY PLEASING TO HER CLIENT"
After Akademiks deleted his misleading tweet, he came back with:
A defense attorney saying something is "very pleasing to her client" is not the same as "Tory Lanez DNA WAS NOT found on the gun." Second, Holley and Tory could have been pleased to get an "inconclusive" and not a definitive result.
This brings me to the word "inconclusive." Instead of "Big AK" admitting he either just doesn't know what the word means or that he purposely worded his first tweet so readers would jump to the wrong conclusion, he kept ranting about Megan owing him an apology. No, Tory owes you a dictionary.
LACK OF DNA CAN BE SUSPICIOUS TOO
Inconclusive: Results indicate that DNA testing did not produce information that would allow an individual to be either included or excluded as the source of the biological evidence.
Not only does this alleged report DJ Akademiks saw not exclude Tory Lanez, but it also raises suspicion.
I was under the impression that the gun belonged to Tory Lanez. I have not seen a story where they say it
belonged to anyone else in that SUV. We know it did not belong to Megan or Kelsey. Therefore, the only other option is his bodyguard. Still, I have not read that it was the bodyguard's gun, but Tory was charged with it because it was under his seat.
So, with the belief that this is Tory's gun, wouldn't one expect to find his DNA on it? Finding his DNA on his own gun can be easily explained away by a lawyer. That does not prove he shot Megan; it just means he touched his own gun. I mean, how did the gun in the car in the first place? Who moved it to under the passenger seat?
If the DNA test turned out to be inconclusive for everyone involved, which is highly probably since no one has leaked those results, I would suspect the gun was wiped down. So, since no one allegedly can be included or excluded, that is why this piece of alleged evidence has not saved Tory from heading to trial, and Shawn Holley is stuck using words like "pleasing."

SANCTION ME, BABY!
"UPDATE: Tory Lanez trial adjourned til April with Tory's lawyer telling the court they have completed DNA results from the prosecution which is very pleasing to his client. (I saw this doc myself.. it literally says it was inconclusive in finding TORY DNA on the gun or magazine)"
Now, this is where DJ Akademiks really fck'd up and could cause problems for Tory Lanez and Shawn Holley if the D.A. decides to push the issue.
In AK's haste to save face, he revealed to the world that he had access to discovery evidence that is under a protective order...YIKES.
If you recall, back in Feb. 2021, Tory Lanez had tried to get his gag order lifted so he could speak on discovery evidence, but it was denied. I never believed he was obeying the gag order. I always suspected he was leaking evidence he felt was favorable to him. But, to have one of his Propaganda Horsemen confirm it to the world...could a blogger get so lucky?
Again, Megan Thee Stallion was on it when she posted, "How are YOU specifically able to see documents before they come out in court? What you are saying is his lawyer sharing evidence with bloggers? Got it. Take yo big ass on somewhere."
Megan was not the only one who took note of Akademiks slip of the tongue, or should I say fingers.
A writer on Twitter said, "Thank you for confirming what we all suspected, which is that you have been getting draft motions from Tory Lanez's legal team before they file them." While another user even went so far to @ the LA Superior Court about sanctions and threw out the possibility of Holley just withdrawing representation if she was unaware of this leak.
This would be Tory Lanez's second time ignoring a court order. If this is not investigated then I never want to hear one word about rOc nAtIoN
I wanted to share how Monaleo, Baby Tate, and I am sure other rap girls supported Megan yesterday. You got all these people who are quick to try to convince you that people don't like Megan, but the two filled CH rooms I was in yesterday, says different.
Megan defending herself against Akademiks really woke women up, especially Black women.
