Megan Thee Stallion is on the Spring 2022 cover of Highsnobiety Magazine. The editor's notes, which will indeed have some fuming, they call her the "reigning Queen of Rap."
Well, she is the one putting out chart-topping music, doing shows, and winning awards. But, the race to collect all the pieces of the broken crown is far from over.
I actually like that they called her the Queen of Rap because I have wanted to discuss whether a girl from the south can claim that title. It seems that it's easy for NY girls to get that title, no matter their skill level, but the girls outside of NY never really are included in those discussions until now.

Funny thing is that Megan said she never want the title of Queen. She just enjoys what she does. But she can’t control what title other people put on her.
