I cannot confirm that Jai has passed away. However, considering that the rumors were that he was shot in the head, it's probably a situation where the family has to make a decision to take him off life support.
As we all heard, there were rumors that Yung Miami's baby daddy, Jai, was shot last week. Well, posts by friends and family seemed to confirm that it was true. Recently, there have seen posts from Jai's sister, friends, and JT. This morning, Yung Miami has decided to speak out.

Wow I’ve gotten used to liking Miami and even if I wasn’t, I don’t wish this on anybody. I really hope he gets through this.
@Erica, I think he is still fighting for his life. I am unsure.
Wow this is so sad. I thought I seen recently on a blog that he survived, what happened now smh
