TMuthafcknZ is reporting that the LA District Attorney has declined to proceed with sexual assault charges against Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Ball, due to insufficient evidence. Last year, Jane Doe accused Takeoff of sexually assaulting her during a party.
Civil lawsuit is still active.

TMuthafcknZ reports that Takeoff, you know the one we never hear from, is accused of raping a woman at a LA party back in June. The woman claims in her lawsuit that Takeoff was making her feel very uncomfortable by staring at her. Later in the evening, he offered her weed, but she "snubbed" it. While going upstairs with the man who invited her to the party, Takeoff was coming down and started an argument. As listed in the documents, Jane Doe said she went to wait in a bedroom, as the men argued. She alleges that Takeoff came into the room and started touching her butt. She rejected his advances, and that is when he flipped her face down on the bed and raped her.
The woman claims she went to the hospital the next day, where there was proof of a sexual assault.
No word from Takeoff at this time. These are allegations, he is innocent until proven guilty...
